Below is a transcript of remarks to be made at the Democratic National Convention, as prepared for delivery, by John Hutson -- a 28 year Navy veteran, life-long registered Republican, and president of the Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord.

Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D-Madbury) delivered the weekly Democratic radio address this weekend and is scheduled to speak at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday at 7 p.m. A transcript and audio of her radio address can be found on Shaheen's U.S. Senate campaign website. Her remarks from Denver will be streamed live online and broadcast on C-SPAN.

Second congressional district candidate Grant Bosse issued a statement today hitting his Republican primary rival Jennifer Horn for "[deciding] that defending the Second Amendment just isn't that important this year". Bosse also accused Bob Clegg of "[abandoning] his commitment to oppose tax increases". The full text of the statements follows below.
