Forsythe left race with healthy war chest
By Brian Lawson, PolitickerNH.com ReporterEven though he has decided to abandon his congressional campaign, Jim Forsythe has a sizable campaign war chest.
In FEC reports, Forsythe reported that he raised $102,185 and has $71,429 cash-on-hand.
However, the numbers might not matter that much because Forsythe has said that will return the money to donors.
Forsythe was running in the First Congressional District's Republican primary but ultimately decided not to run.
He was in the race for almost two months.
