Jim Merrill has been named Managing Director of Devine Strategies LLC after serving as Governor Mitt Romney's New Hampshire Campaign Manager during the past year. Devine Strategies is a subsidiary of the Devine Millimet law firm, and provides strategic public affairs and issues management services to business entities, municipalities, non-profits, and individuals throughout the region.

Over the past decade, Jim has regularly been sought out to help clients successfully navigate public affairs in New Hampshire, whether by providing legal counsel and tactical guidance to statewide and Presidential candidates for office, local and national corporations, or individuals with regional concerns. With a background in corporate transactions and real estate law, Jim is uniquely suited to provide strategic consulting services to clients with complex issues requiring practical solutions.
