State Rep. Suzanne Harvey (D-Nashua) has decided not to run for the state Senate.
We reported earlier this week that Harvey was contemplating a run at state Sen. David Gottesman (D-Nashua) seat; instead Harvey will seek re-election to the House of Representatives.
"I am not running for the senate, I have decided to run for my own seat," she told PolitickerNH.com.
Gottesman announced last week that he is not running for re-election in November.

This is a GOP pick up. The
This is a GOP pick up. The democrats have no one to run, and this district tilts Republican. All you need is a Reynolds or Sgambati loss and the Senate is at 12-12.
19-6
The Democrats will turn out heavily this November. There will be 19 Senate Democrats, 262 House Democrats, 4 Dems on the Governor's Council, and John Lynch, Paul Hodes, and Carol-Shea Porter will be reelected. Jeanne Shaheen will be our new US Senator. Democrats will win the Presidency, US Senate, and Congress by substantial margins.
12/12 Doesn't Get It.
While the GOP may have an outside shot on this or that, one thing is for sure: Democrats will pick up state senate seats.
