Clegg hires GOP activist
By Brian LawsonDover Republican activist Matt Mayberry has been hired to help with grassroots organizing for Bob Clegg's congressional campaign.
During the New Hampshire primary, Mayberry served as Strafford County chairman of U.S. Sen. John McCain's (R-Ariz.) presidential campaign. Mayberry is also running for the state House from Dover.
Clegg, a state senator from Hudson is competing in the 2nd Congressional District primary against Jennifer Horn of Nashua, Grant Bosse of Hillsboro and Jim Steiner of Concord.
