WMUR'S Close-Up focused on Manchester potentially increasing parking fees and "air quality action days."

The Union Leader's Scott Brooks and Manchester's parking manager Brandy Stanley discussed the impact of changing the Queen City's parking fee structure. Sullivan said she would be reaching out to businesses to explain the potential changes and over the long-term the changes would have a positive impact on the city. Brooks explained that there was almost no discussion among the Aldermen and said "I think there's going to be some grumbling at first, but there's a lot of components so it's confusing."

Later on the show, Kathy Brockett and Bob Scott from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services explained the steps the state takes when it declares "air quality action days."

On Arnie Arnesen's Political Chowder she interviewed gubernatorial candidate Katy Forry and re-aired a segment on the Iraq war with Michael Johnson of The Citizen and Ambassador George Bruno.
