State Sen. Ted Gatsas (R-Manchester) has offically launched his re-election campaign website.
"I am excited about the new site. This gives me another outlet to interact with my constituents," Gatsas said.
In a rematch of the 2006 election, Gatsas is running against Bob Backus (D-Manchester).

Teddy Scared?
Teddy has is big signs up everywhere. Now he has a website. Is Teddy scared? He should be. He lost every Manchester ward last time and without the benefit of the straight Republican votes in the towns, Teddy maybe toast.
Those Pesky Straight Tickets
Actually, Gatsas received less straight-ticket votes from the towns (Bow, Candia, Dunbarton, Hooksett) than Backus in 2006...
Gatsas had 1,551 straight-ticket votes from the towns, Backus had 1,661. (In the city, Gatsas had 1,207 s/t votes, while Backus had 1,695.)
In fact, when you take out the straight-ticket votes in 2006, Gatsas won ALL Manchester wards and all towns except Bow.
With no straight ticket votes in 2008, it looks like Gatsas is not the one that needs to be scared!
You know what that site needs?
Teddy's web site should have a Flash animation that yells at you if you disagree with him.
