The chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee has announced that the campaign arm of the U.S. Senate GOP will match dollar-for-dollar any money spent by the Democratic Senatorial Congressional Committee in New Hampshire.
"Chuck Schumer and the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) have recently placed television buys totaling approximately $44.8 million in targeted Senate races across the country. I will not allow our Republican candidates to be outspent by the DSCC this cycle," U.S. Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) said in a statement. "Therefore, it is my intention to give the NRSC's IE [Independent Expenditure] Unit the total budget to match the DSCC dollar for dollar in every state they run ads."
Ensign admitted that the NRSC does not currently have the money to match the DSCC but he hopes fellow Republicans will transfer money into the NRSC.
"While I am aware we do not currently have the funds to match the DSCC, I am giving our IE Unit this budget on faith -- faith that my Republican colleagues will step up to the challenge and transfer the funds necessary to remain competitive with the Democrats. I have informed my colleagues that it is now up to them."

Senator you just don't get it...
All the corrupt DC money you send cannot save Sununu. He abandoned NH six years ago and we simply are not going to fall for his tricks again. Not that you have the money to give him anyways.
Out of all the Dems in this
Out of all the Dems in this state they picked Jeane Shaheen The Tax Queen to run against Sununu. He won't need any tricks, just her voting record.
NH has the lowest tax burden in USA
Blah, blah, blah...
For nine out of the last 11 years we have had a Democratic governor and remain with the lowest tax burden in the country. Enough of the simplistic, mindless lie. The people of NH are tired of your party...by the way, please name a single tax increase or new tax that has passed in NH in the last 150 years without Republican support. I'll help you out here - you can't. So the real tax and spend party in NH is the GOP.
which one
I can't figure out which Jeanne Shaheen is running against John Sununu...
Is it Jeanne Shaheen, the Tax Machine?
Is it Jeanne Shaheen, the Spending Queen?
or is it Jeanne Shaheen the Flip-Flop Queen?
