Attending the event will be U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter (D-Rochester) and U.S. Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.).
Also at the event former Portsmouth Mayor Steve Marchand will be roasted by several of his friends.

Here's a line for the roast
Some people would say that it's not a good thing when a sitting Mayor pushes fast track approval for zoning permits for a restaurant owner who writes a $5,000 check for his U.S. Senatorial campaign. But not Steve, he does Tammany Hall one better, he has his Senatorial campaign pay him a consulting fee for the favor.
