Why even give it back?
Who is even suprised at the never ending list of how far Sen. Sununu will sink? The endless lies? The goose stepping with Bush? The dirty, blood tinged oil money? Money from the biggest pork barrel spender ever to walk the halls of congress! Why do people even act suprised anymore!?!
How soon we forget.
One can say the same thing about the money donated by the crook Norman Hsu to the NH Dems in 2006(John Lynch $6k, Sylvia Larsen and the DCC $5k).

You must have forgotten that Jeanne Shaheen passed the first Statewide property tax so she could pay for all the failing schools she promised to clean up... or that she was the first NH Governor to DOUBLE STATE SPENDING, and she did that in just six years!
