    Fuller Clark not alone in desire to be Majority Leader

    Yesterday Inside Edge reported Martha Fuller Clark was interested in running for the Senate Majority Leader position if the Democrats hold control of the senate. There are two other senators who may also be interested in the job. Manchester Democrat Lou D'Allesandro and Exeter Senator Maggie Hassan both have reasons to consider running for the position.

    Martha Fuller Clark to make a play for Majority Leader

    If the Democrats are able to hold onto their majority in the State Senate, which is seeming more likely, look for Martha Fuller Clark to make a play for Majority Leader. Joseph Foster, the current leader, is not seeking re-election which leaves the leadership spot open. If she is successful the new leadership team could consist of three females at the top with Sylvia Larsen as the President, Maggie Hassan as the Pro-Tem and Fuller Clark as the Majority Leader.
