A Cheap Political Stunt

Libertarian Party of New Hampshire Presidential candidate George Phillies today decried the Bob Barr Lawsuit against Secretary of State William Gardner as a 'cheap political stunt'. The suit seeks to remove Phillies from the November General Election ballot.

Barr's New Hampshire cronies waited through the next Libertarian State Convention, the petitioning period, and most of the general election campaign before suing." Phillies noted that there is considerable evidence that the suit is actually being funded by a D.C. Libertarian group, not by any of the plaintiffs.
