Got it wrong
Mike Whalley's name was never used in the email.
It was an internal email encouraging House Dem Leaders to make their fundraising calls, it was not a fundraising appeal.
The Speaker and the party apologized and set up systems to ensure that non approved emails do not go out again.
Foolishness
Got it wrong? If what they did was ok why did they apologize and set up new procedures?
Also, any fool knows there is no such thing as a private email.
